What You’ll Do:
As a Medication Technician, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering direct care and medication support. Under the guidance of the Director of Assisted Living, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and following individualized care plans.
- Assist Resident with activities of daily living.
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly.
- Documenting daily care activities, incidents, interventions, and communication with physicians, families, and team members.
- Ensuring smooth shift transitions by providing accurate and timely reports to incoming staff and supervisors.
- Maintaining updated individualized care plans for residents.
- Performing other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality resident care.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience required
- Certified as a Medication Technician (as required by State regulations) required
- Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday (e.g., walking, bending, kneeling, reaching)
