Position: World Language Teacher-Spanish at Vernon Center Middle School
Description: The Administration is seeking a person qualified by education and experience to carry out the duties assigned to the position and, in general, to establish and maintain a high level of standards of excellence in the Vernon Public Schools. Under the general supervision of the School Principal, the Middle School Spanish Teacher will provide engaging instruction in Spanish language and culture, fostering students’ communication skills in speaking, reading, writing, and listening. This role involves developing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for the 2025-26 school year is outlined in the contract, accompanied by a competitive benefits package. Please see the attached contract for details.
Start date: January 5, 2026
