Position: Special Education Teacher for Abilities Based Learning Program (ABL)-Lake Street School
Description: We are seeking a passionate teacher focusing on individualized instruction that nurtures students' strengths.This role involves creating inclusive learning experiences, collaborating with educators and families, and using adaptive strategies to support student growth.
Job Summary: Teacher is case manager and facilitator of student IEP progress, works with BCBA, OT, PT and SLP
Qualifications: CT Special Education certification, understanding of student development and autism
Working Conditions: Highly collaborative, ability to guide adults in their service to students
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for the 2025-26 school year is per contract with a competitive benefits package. Please see attached contract for details.
Start date: August 25, 2025
