The Human Resource Generalist will coordinate interviews and site visits, draft employment agreements, streamline onboarding processes, assist with benefits administration, and analyze data for continuous improvement. This Human Resource Generalist will also advise on staff issues, assist with provider-related events, and collaborate on compensation strategies. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of provider relationships, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a passion for contributing to our organization's success. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum five years' relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience with onboarding and compensation structures desired.
