This is a hands-on role where your expertise and vision will directly impact patient outcomes and staff development.We’re seeking a seasoned nursing leader with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing, advanced degree or other proven management experience in healthcare, and strong decision-making and communication skills. You’ll need a thorough understanding of healthcare operations and a genuine commitment to teamwork and community engagement.
