Recreational Gymnastics Program Director

We’re looking for an experienced Recreational/Preschool Gymnastics Coach Rec Director to join our team full-time and take charge of our Pasadena location! This is a dynamic role with growth opportunities and the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of coaching
• Management experience
• A motivated, flexible, and team-oriented leader who thrives on growth and continuous learning
• A true passion for empowering athletes, staff, and families to reach their full potential

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Pasadena location and setting the tone for staff and athletes
• Reporting directly to the General Manager with weekly check-ins
• Promoting and training staff
• Overseeing recreational and preschool programs, plus camps and special events
• Partnering with our Burbank location Director to elevate class quality and programming
• Growing and marketing our exciting new morning program—ideal for someone who loves coaching and creative outreach

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
