Key Responsibilities
- Support the principal in implementing campus goals and instructional programs
- Provide leadership in student discipline, attendance, and campus safety
- Evaluate and provide feedback to instructional staff to support professional growth
- Assist in planning and facilitating campus events and daily schedules
- Monitor student performance and collaborate with staff to develop interventions
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community
- Ensure compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations
- Help manage campus budgets, resources, and staffing needs
- Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field
- Valid Texas Principal Certification
- Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to support a culture of high expectations and student success
