Position Details
Schedule: 7‑On / 7‑Off
- Weekdays: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday)
- Weekends: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Saturday, Sunday)
- Rotating holidays required
What You’ll Do
- Perform laboratory testing across all major departments
- Analyze, interpret, and report results with accuracy and efficiency
- Work independently during night shifts
- Support quality improvement initiatives and operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Education: Associate degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited MLT program
- Certification: ASCP certification preferred; CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
