Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales professional to join our team in Pecos, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their parts needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and products.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of parts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in parts or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
