Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload focused on General Liability defense
- Lead litigation events, including depositions, mediations, and trials
- Provide strategic direction on cases and manage client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys on file strategy and litigation tactics
Qualifications
- Expertise in General Liability, both in Federal and State Court
- Trial experience highly preferred
- Portable book of business a strong plus, though not required
