Automotive Service Advisor
Location: GM location
Hours: Monday through Friday, No Saturdays
Compensation: Commission position, $55,000- $90,000 annually

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and guidance. This is a Monday through Friday position, allowing you to enjoy your weekends. A typical work week is 45- 50 hours.
During your 90-day training period, you’ll receive the greater of your monthly guaranteed pay or earned commissions—giving you the confidence to focus on learning our processes, products, and customer experience. Once the guarantee period ends, your income is based on your performance. Our compensation average is $77,300 annually. Our top-performing advisors earn an excellent income because they consistently deliver outstanding customer service and results. The more you produce, the more you earn—there’s no cap to your success.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates for services and repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service bay to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills for maintaining digital records and scheduling.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
