Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: North Clarendon, VT. 100% in person.
Job type: Full time preferred, part time can be discussed
About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized office assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Answer and direct/respond to phone calls and emails
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Order and manage office supplies and other supplies
Data entry and bookkeeping tasks
Handle retail and wholesale customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous admin or office experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) or willing to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in QuickBooks preferred but willing to train
