What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Research Assistant -Student Employment (Workstudy Eligibility Not Required) position at Vermont State Colleges?
Undergraduate research assistant(s) for the Infant Development Lab at VTSU-Johnson. Responsibilities include assisting in research protocol design, pilot testing protocol, recruiting participants, collecting data, coding data, entering data, writing and presenting findings at at least one peer-reviewed psychological research conference. Research assistants need to provide their own transportation for data collection as needed, but will be reimbursed for mileage. Must be able to work collaboratively and
be flexible with hours.
Data collection, including uploading externally collected data.
Equipment maintenance.
Presenting data at peer-reviewed conferences.
Weekly lab team meetings.
Johnson campus-based undergraduate student, preferably
majoring in psychological science.
