Food Packager
$16.00 /Hour
Hours: 7:30 am-4:30 pm (depending on production needs)
Monday - Friday
Located in North Springfield, Vermont, VPH is a USDA-inspected facility that processes beef, pork and other meat products.
These positions will be focused on properly identifying, bagging, sealing, labeling, and boxing various meat products.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Produce and package products according to company standards and specifications
- Operate meat processing and packaging machinery and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Label packages with appropriate information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
