We are seeking a proven leader to play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and delivery. By aligning business strategy with user experience and technology, the Portfolio Manager leads the discovery, research, design, and implementation of impactful solutions. Operating in an Agile environment, the Portfolio Manager supports Product Owners, manages the program backlog, and fosters continuous delivery across teams to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved. The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in IT, business, or software project management and brings advanced knowledge of products, systems, and industry operations, – particularly within the Property & Casualty and Commercial Lines insurance – along with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
