This position is designed for an individual looking to enter into Loss Control from another internal department or as a job progression from the Loss Control Inspection Processing Specialist role. In this role, you will support the Loss Control team by partnering with underwriters and business stakeholders to enhance risk evaluation and deliver exceptional service to agents and insureds. You’ll help communicate the value of loss control services, conduct property and liability assessments, and identify key risk characteristics to support informed underwriting decisions. This position also contributes to a strong customer experience, manages departmental workflows, and ensures timely, accurate responses that drive effective risk management and business outcomes.
