Fire Sprinkler Technician
Vermont Life Safety started over twenty years ago with one technician, the first technician in the state to have all three licenses, fire, sprinkler, and suppression. Since then, we have grown to have technicians of all skill levels and specialties in two offices, one in Bolton Vermont, and the other in Claremont New Hampshire. We strive to be the only place our customers need to call for their life safety needs, from repairs, inspections, and installations.
We are currently hiring a Fire Sprinkler Technician out of our Claremont office. The benefits are as follows:

The workload for this position is system tests & inspections, and repairs. The inspections range from quarterly inspections to 5-Year internal inspections, on wet and dry sprinkler systems. Each type has its own requirements, from visual inspections of sprinkler heads to testing the mechanical components of the riser, all are done to State and NFPA code standards. Each inspection also has related inspection reports that will have to be completed afterwards.
The repairs will range from replacing sprinkler heads, taking head samples for testing, repairing leaks on dry and wet sprinklers, and running additional sprinkler lines to correct coverage issues.
You are required to have a clean driving record.
A Vermont sprinkler TQP license is not required, but is preferred.
Must have a minimum of four years of experience with fire sprinklers.
