Are you a parent of a child with a disability or special health need? Vermont Family Network is looking for a person to provide family-centered health-related information and assistance to families and professionals. Must have experience parenting a child with a disability or special health need and navigating health care systems. Must be able to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and evenings.
