The role requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach while working primarily on day shifts and reporting to the General Manager or Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading weekly trucks
- Load customer furniture purchases safely and efficiently
- Assemble boxed furniture accurately
- Clean upholstered furniture and maintain merchandise appearance
- Test, package, and price general merchandise
- Support furniture floor moves as directed by management
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstation and warehouse
- Engage positively with customers and assist as needed
- Conduct web-based research for related tasks
- Perform general maintenance and safety compliance tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling
- Skilled in furniture assembly and packaging processes
