Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee every aspect of store operation.
- Perform opening and closing shift duties
- Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Controlling day-to-day operations - profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Operating the business in accordance with the company policies
- Will directly impact training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties, completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Physical Requirements Necessary: stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift more than 30 lbs.
- Manager must spend considerable time performing managerial duties and must regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of Manager consequence to the store.

Experience:
- Must have at least four years’ work experience in related field with progression in roles demonstrating increased responsibility.
- Must have basic to intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Stable employment history
