Green Mountain Beverage is looking for a proactive Production Planner & Supply Chain Manager to oversee material flow, production schedules, and co-pack partner orders in our beverage co-packing facility. You’ll be the key link between customer demand and operational execution, ensuring materials are available, production runs smoothly, and co-pack partners stay aligned. What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations — forecasting, procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with procurement and co-pack partners to ensure materials and timelines are on track.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Communicate production status and priorities across internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing or co-packing.
- Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communicator and multitasker with a continuous improvement mindset.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
- Familiarity with co-packing or contract manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles.
