Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor all major programs for Company’s products and/or services
- Develop marketing strategies and goals to increase sales
- Follow up on all Requests for Quote (RFQ) for current and potential customers
- Travel to various business locations and trade shows with Company’s Business Development Manager to make sales calls and promote business
- Actively participate in the Company’s quarterly sales meetings
- Maintain favorable working relationships with internal and external customers
- Support the Company’s vision, direction, and strategic goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
- Five or more years of outside sales experience, preferably in a related, technical manufacturing environment, to include project management experience
- Actively build extensive knowledge of Company products and manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to develop and present effective sales presentations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, potential customers, manufacturing representatives, and Company employees
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to frequently work alone and with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
