**About the role**

The Machine Operators (or bulk technician) works on the production

floor, setting up, operating and adjusting a variety of machines. Your

spooling wiring or sleeving it with a protective jacket.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**

• Set-up, operate, and adjust machines as required to complete duties
  
  

listed below

• Bulk Re-Spool Spool product/wire to specified spools and clean
  
  

shielded/jacketed material in preparation for next operation;

prepare bulk product for inventory or final inspection

• Sleeving Pull bulk material through sleeving or protective jacketing
  
  

by using air nozzles and bullets to expand sleeving for application

• Tape Install miscellaneous types/widths of tape by machine or by
  
  

hand to meet specified requirements

• Learn the requirements to operate one (1) to three (3) machines
  
  

(Wardwell braider, Butt braider, cabler, extruder, etc)

• Perform all duties in accordance with Vermillion Quality Management
  
  

System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and

protective equipment

• Develop an understanding of the principles of continuity and
  
  

operation of test equipment

• Maintain a pristine and organized workbench
• Other duties as assigned
