Day Shift w/ Overtime
Monday - Friday
What you'll do:
In this role, you’ll work closely with Vermeer Midwest Territory Managers to create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll serve as a product expert—demonstrating equipment, providing training, and helping ensure customers get the most out of their machines.
- Plan and manage weekly schedules and track customer activity in the CRM
- Conduct classroom, on‑site, and hands‑on training sessions
- Set up and operate equipment to demonstrate best‑in‑class productivity
- Perform product startups and equipment demonstrations
- Train on utility equipment including:
- Directional Boring Machines
- Mud Mixers & Reclaimers
- Truck & Trailer Vacs
- Plows, Trenchers, and Pile Drivers
- Proactively assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Partner closely with the Vermeer Midwest sales team to share market insights and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (ability to obtain CDL Class A preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- A customer‑first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- 2 years of experience operating or repairing directional drilling and/or hydro vac equipment
- Post‑secondary education
- CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
