This hands-on role combines customer service with inventory and stockroom operations. You’ll work closely with our service team and receive paid, on-the-job training to grow your skills.Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiriesUse catalogs, schematics, and systems to identify needed partsProcess incoming shipments and restock inventoryAccurately fill customer and service department ordersPrepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentationPerform inventory checks and help maintain organized stockInspect parts for defects and manager returns or substitutions What You BringA High School diploma or GED with 1 year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus)Strong communication, time management and organizational skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.Ability to life up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.Why You’ll Love Working HereWe offer a supportive environment that provides opportunities for growth and development.
