We’re looking for a dedicated individual who uses their expertise in groundskeeping to ensure our campus is attractive and well-maintained.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated individual who uses their expertise in groundskeeping to ensure our campus is attractive and well-maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Vermeer property lawns including plant care, weed control, and debris removal.
- Install/maintain elements of landscaping, trees, flowers, and shrubs.
- Assist in set-ups and tear downs of furniture and displays for events and office moves.
- Perform basic maintenance on lawn care equipment and tools.
- Maneuver a snow blower, shovel, and/or salt spreader to remove snow.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Apply of fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to safely and effectively manage pests and weeds.
- Two or more years experience in lawn care or agriculture.
- Heavy equipment experience.
- Basic mechanical skills for tool and equipment maintenance.
- Chemical applicator license.
- Flexibility in work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed.
