Job Summary

We’re looking for team members with manufacturing knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform project work in support of the implementation of lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Assist in the preparation of process improvement activities including, but not limited to kaizen events, follow-up to events, and event audits.
- Lead, assist, and participate on kaizen teams.
- Participate in the creation of a lean work environment through the development of work stations, material presentation, metrics, and workplace organization needs.
- Train and mentor team members on lean practices.
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum two years previous job experience implementing lean principles and participation on Kaizen events.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean principles and the ability to train/lead others to better understand these principles.
- Ability to effectively manage Kaizen event planning and preparation, event archival, and follow-up.
- Ability to influence other team members without direct authority across all functions and areas of the business to be able to implement improvements and sustain results.
