Compensation $18 - $23/hr based on experience
Schedule, dealership is open Monday - Friday 7 am-5 pm

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting required parts when needed
- Assist Manager with writing service work orders and communicating with shop technicians
- Operate the forklift as needed
- Utilize CDK for parts and labor/service information
- Provide price quotes, receive payments, and obtain credit authorizations
- Answer incoming calls, answer parts questions and schedule service for the customers
- Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion
- Assist in stocking, shipping and receiving parts
- All other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 80 lbs.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Heavy Equipment experience is preferred, truck or automotive is a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
