In this role, you’ll operate autonomously in the field, delivering safe, timely, and professional service while maintaining clear communication with customers and the Service team.

Compensation & Schedule
- $27–$40/hour (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available based on efficiency
- Store hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment (field-based)
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Recommend repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates (CDK a plus)
- Perform welding/fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed
- Stay current with industry and technical advancements
- Communicate with factory/OEM for technical support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior hands-on experience with hydraulics and electrical systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (insurable by company carrier)
- Ability to travel daily to customer locations
- Positive attitude: ability to multitask and work efficiently
