Verland is looking for a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Intern to join our team!

Location: Verland
Schedule: Part-Time – Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule Flexibility: We understand that school comes first! We are willing to work with your class schedule to create a schedule that works for you and the needs of our organization!
What You'll Do
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting the work of our organization. Responsibilities may vary based on your area of study, interests, and the needs of Verland.
You may have the opportunity to:
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional nonprofit environment
- Support day-to-day projects and organizational initiatives
- Work alongside experienced professionals and learn from a dedicated team
- Assist with administrative, organizational, or department-specific projects
- Develop communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Learn about the nonprofit and human services field
- Contribute to projects that directly support our mission and the people we serve
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical program
- Interest in gaining professional experience related to your field of study
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and respectful approach to working with others
- Willingness to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Ability to work with us to create a schedule that accommodates your school commitments
