Verla International is a leading private label manufacturer and contract packaging & filling company with over 50 production lines for color cosmetics, creams, lotions, fragrances and nail polish providing quality service since 1980. We build our own proprietary manufacturing equipment and we create and own many of our cosmetic packaging molds.

We specialize in all facets of beauty personal care products for luxury, retail, mass-market, salons, TV, electronic retailers and boutique channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control activities, including fabricating and maintaining quality control documentation.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Manage the development and implementation of quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and requirements.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the area of quality control.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficient in analyzing data and identifying trends to drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
