You need a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture. Being results-driven and well-organized, you are adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

What you’ll be doing...

- Tracking milestones and coordinating across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
- Managing changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
- Tracking handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks.
- Standardizing reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools.
What we’re looking for...
You'll Need To Have
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work/miltary experience, or specialized training.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with the design and install of equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networks.
- Experience with coax, twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling and complex networks as well as switching equipment.
- Experience with coordinating installation of new in-building networks or equipment.
- Experience with managing large build projects involving broadband services, and ensure timely planning and implementation
- Experience with producing technical as-built documentation.
- Experience understanding hazard identification & prevention.
- Knowledge and experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals).
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting coax and Cat6a Ethernet cabling.
- Experience working off of ladders (step/extension/folding).
- Experience with drilling in multiple dwelling/commercial buildings.
- Frontline experience with working with customer/clients.
- Knowledge & experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility based applications.
- Ability to evaluate multi-tenant (residence and business) buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systems.
- Ability to provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent organizational abilities and professional communication expertise.
