What you'll be doing...
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing communications for Verizon’s six regions and Latino marketing support. This involves the development of targeted marketing communications aimed at growing mobile and home subscriber acquisition, retention and revenue.
This position is responsible for interfacing with internal teams to establish the strategy, targeting, and tactical marketing plan. This position is the primary interface between regional marketing teams, internal marketing organizations and external advertising agencies and will be responsible for developing creative briefs that guide the agencies in creating award-winning and effective creative. This includes the development of messaging strategies, targeting opportunities, and creative execution. Development of marketing test plans to determine the effectiveness of marketing, targeting, and creative strategies. Requires the ability to package strategies and results into professional presentations for communication to peers, superiors, and executive levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include...
Developing end-to-end promotional campaigns including but not limited to ideation, communications strategies, execution strategy, customer journey mapping, and campaign analysis.
Demonstrating ability to develop strategic creative briefs and evaluate creative ideas and concepts.
Managing critical advertising agency partners, including briefing, budget, timelines, and execution.
Partnering with internal and external teams to drive effective strategies, manage timelines, and budgets.
Developing test strategies, measuring and monitoring performance, and making strategic recommendations in order to improve creative and program performance.
Presenting recommendations for strategy and creative improvements and provide strong justifying evidence to defend these recommendations to senior leadership and peer groups. Gain alignment across work groups and implement these changes.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a range of marketing tactics, including email, text, push direct mail, digital, social, bill media, traditional and digital mediums.
Experience creating presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously through multitasking, prioritization, and negotiating expectations.
Even better if you have:
Experience managing or working at an advertising agency.
Fluent in Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.Salary : $114,000 - $212,000
