What You’ll Be Doing...
The FWA Product Base Management team is looking for someone who can use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You will analyze internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new products, forecast sales, and provide decision support through the life of the product. You will also be working with multiple partners and balancing their needs to craft the direction of our new offerings and enable the product team to bring the best new products to market.

You bring both business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace—and not just theory and numbers. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. People trust you based upon your thoughtful and detailed analyses.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $98,500.00 - $188,000.00.

- Driving new product development and launches with data-driven insights.
- Evaluating and testing various alternative approaches and recommending the path forward.
- Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.
- Supporting the product team with decisions related to new concepts based on data analytics.
- Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.

You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience in strategic marketing planning & financial analysis.
- Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of information by pulling data from GCP and Teradata.
- Experience presenting ideas and content to a variety of stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to influence executive conversation on perspective or key decision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Engineering.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field. Ideally, an MBA.
- Ability to balanced the needs of multiple partners and work cross functionally.
- SQL and Database management experience.
- Experience in marketing and finance-related roles, such as market research, financial analysis, product marketing, or strategic planning desired.
- Experience in the home telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with data visualization software. Ideally, Looker or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide strong insights required to build business cases for offer approval.
