Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who can learn quickly and begin generating results immediately. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commissioned sales and a strong passion for phones and technology. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert wireless consultant, helping customers find the right products to fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Stay up to date on the latest cell phone technology and Verizon product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commissioned sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology.
• Passion for phones, gadgets and wireless technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay includes hourly wages plus 12 hours of overtime each week paid at 1.5× the hourly rate. This equals a base pay of $827.00 per week in addition to uncapped commission earnings.
