Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who is eager to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commissioned sales and a passion for phones and technology. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert cell phone consultant, assisting customers in finding the right products to fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Stay up to date with the latest cell phone technology and product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
