What You'll Bring: Qualifications
You're a leader with a track record of success:
- Management Experience: 1 years of retail wireless management experience OR other relevant retail sales management experience.
- Sales Expertise: Two or more years of sales and/or customer experience in the wireless or a related industry, with consistent attainment of sales goals and objectives.
- Team Development: A proven ability to develop, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to reach their full potential.
- Dynamic Drive: Must thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving technology environment.
- Availability: Ability to work up to 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
