Role Description The Business Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outbound prospecting, and managing a pipeline of potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with business customers, understanding their needs, presenting Verizon Business solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contract terms. The Account Executive will maintain and grow existing accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and ongoing service. This position also involves achieving sales targets, reporting on activity and results, and staying current on Verizon products, services, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Experience in Account Management and Relationship Building to develop, retain, and grow business customer accounts.
- Strong Communication abilities, including clear presentation and negotiation skills with diverse business stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
