Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Client Executive who will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 target accounts, focusing on both expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new logos. This role involves end-to-end sales responsibility—from demand generation and prospecting to deal closing and account growth. Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse inventory management, and as-a-service (e.g., SaaS) business models is highly valued. You will be selling into enterprise organizations with an average deal size of $250k in ACV.
A strong background in value engineering and value-led selling is a core requirement, as you will be responsible for building compelling ROI and TCO analyses that articulate the business impact of our solutions to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth
- Manage ~25 key accounts, building strong relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Strategically secure new-logo business to expand the customer base.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans to build pipeline across assigned territories. Leverage targeted campaigns, events, and partnerships for effective inbound and outbound lead generation.
Solution Selling & Consultative Approach
- Apply MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and close deals. Clearly articulate value proposition, ROI, and differentiators to SVP/VP-level executives.
Value Engineering & Value-Led Selling
- Partner with Client Success to create compelling business cases, ROI models, and TCO analyses. Highlight financial and operational benefits to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
Account Expansion & Retention
- Conduct regular client engagements (e.g., QBRs) to establish trusted advisor status. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to enhance satisfaction, usage, and retention.
Content Development & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create tailored sales collateral and use-case scenarios for industries like supply chain, logistics, and SaaS solutions.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts for clear pipeline and revenue visibility. Analyze metrics (quota attainment, deal size, conversion, churn) to optimize sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Client Success, Marketing, Product, and Deployment teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Provide market insights to shape product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Your Experience:
- 5 years in enterprise software sales, focusing on solution-selling with deal sizes of $250k ACV.
- Proven success in new-logo acquisition and account expansion, consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Skilled in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies for complex sales cycles.
- Strong interest or experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse inventory management industries.
- Expertise in SaaS or subscription-based sales models, with proficiency in value engineering and presenting ROI/TCO analyses.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborative, with a track record of building strong cross-functional and client partnerships.
