What You'll Do
- Carry a clinic-based caseload with a 25-hour billable expectation
- Develop and oversee individualized, trauma-informed ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Collaborate with families and a Senior BCBA with 9 years of clinical experience
- Contribute to clinical decision-making — your voice drives outcomes here, not just "advises" them
- $87,000–$100,000 salary
- 25 billable hours per week — protected non-billable time built into your schedule
