- Our McKinney clinic is thoughtfully designed to support engagement and regulation, featuring spaces like The Treehouse and The Wonder Workshop.
- Strong RBT Culture
- We invest heavily in RBT training, pay, and consistency—so you can focus on quality care, not constant turnover.
- Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Work Style: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Clinic
- Responsibilities Include:
- Supervision (remote and/or in-person)
- Treatment planning and program oversight
- Parent collaboration and training
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical team and future LPC partners
- Salary (Full-Time): $85,000 – $98,000 performance bonuses
- Hourly (Part-Time): Competitive, based on experience
- PTO & Paid Holidays (for full-time roles)
- CEU Support: Annual stipend paid professional development days

- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
