Electrical Leader - Fenton, Michigan - Onsite

Role Overview:
The Electrical Leader will be responsible for directly leading a team of approximately 10–50 electricians, including planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as resolving technical and job-related issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong electrical experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment and prior leadership experience.

Key Requirements:
Previous Electrical Leadership/Supervisory experience
Strong industrial electrical/wiring experience
Experience leading and coordinating teams of electricians
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Experience with equipment installation and wiring
Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements
Associate degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
