Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a 5–6 month contract opportunity in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction project activities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates
• Resolve project issues and maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with commercial construction projects preferred
