Job description:
Provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes.
Support Workday Engineering functions for our Compensation product team, to deliver a compliant workday extend solution.
Work on critical US and global Compensation extend projects that deliver incremental changes to product working in an Agile environment.
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Support the planning and sizing of development items for sprint planning
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for assigned product(s) in Workday
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
The ideal candidate will have:
HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or Workday)2 years of business systems analysis or design experience
Technology release or implementation experience
Workday development experience, including integrations
EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio,
Reporting Report Writer, Advanced Reporting
Desired Qualifications:
Workday or other HR systems Compensation experience
Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools
Experience/Knowledge in Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports and Dashboards
Knowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rules
Experience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync and SSO
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Ability to shift priorities as workflow/volume dictates
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Workday Extend development experience.
