Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on proficiency with MDM solutions including SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and enterprise printing technologies.
- Experience integrating Generative AI technologies to enhance device management, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience in scripting and applying AI-driven automation in IT operations.
