The Center at Parmer is looking for a Registered Dietician to join our growing team! This position will be full time with full benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting and documenting Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients including initial and on-going nutritional assessments, care planning, patient monitoring, patient counseling and training regarding diets
- Assists in calculating and/or interpreting of diet orders
- Monitors and evaluates patient food services.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Texas Registered Dietitian
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's Degree
SNF/LTAC experience a plus
