We are hiring a Full Time LPN to work 12 hour shifts in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable LPN's with excellent customer service skills to work in our facility.
Consult with the physician concerning patient evaluation and assist in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the patient
Examine the patient and their records to determine appropriate care
Maintains a liaison with the patients, their families, support departments to adequately plan for the patients needs.
Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility
Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel and support agencies
Must be able to lift, push, pull and transport the weight of an adult person, with or without assistance in accordance to the care plan
Qualifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Delaware
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
Salary : $30 - $35
