Full Time LPN position
7a-7p (Every other weekend required)
The primary purpose of the LPN position is to provide care to patients under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physician.
Duties/Responsibilities
Examine the patient and his/her records to determine appropriate care.
Perform administrative duties regarding assigned patients, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand to meet the needs of the patients.
Be familiar with, and use as appropriate, all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility, including but not limited to: masks, gowns, gloves and face shields.
Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN, in Delaware.
CPR/BLS
Salary : $30 - $35
