ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- LPN Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of condition
- LPN communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Educates patients as necessary
- Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
- LPN Supervises and coordinates CNAs
Valid LPN license
