The Center at Park West is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions. Our Center strives to provide top quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our patients and we are looking for a motivated COTA with these same goals to join our interdisciplinary team.
What you’ll do:

Work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.

Help patients regain independence in daily living activities.

Document treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Provide encouragement and support to patients and their families.
Position Summary:
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant provides direct therapy services in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral and under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in accordance with all applicate laws, regulations, and Center at Park West standards.

Education/Certifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and have current license or be license-eligible in the state of Colorado
Experience and Specific Requirements:
- Should have as a minimum, 1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility
Salary : $30 - $36
